SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide, excluding Russia and Belarus.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Europe (Italy).

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) may be shipped the same day.

Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 3–6 business days
- International: 8–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Compass Inside is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

All customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of resell and vintage items, all sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described.

We accept returns only in cases where the item has a major undisclosed defect.

To request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@compassinside.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn (for new items), and with original tags if applicable.

We do not accept returns for:
- incorrect size or fit
- change of mind
- minor signs of wear consistent with used items

If a return is approved due to our mistake, we will cover return shipping costs.

In all other approved cases, shipping costs and payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
